I signed up for the free trial, and thought it was very easy to use and was able to get it up and running so quickly. I had some questions and Jon got in contact with me so quickly and has continued as I have had further questions. It has been a great customer service experience.

We at PopSockets have been very happy with this app. We often have customers who ask how they can get more involved in promoting PopSockets -- it's great to have a simple automated scheme for them to do that. For a product like ours with a low price point, ReferralCandy's pricing scheme works well.

Pro tip: a drawback of ReferralCandy is that the personalized URL that a customer shares with their friends is not memorable, but one can set up a URL redirect in Shopify so that e.g. popsockets.com/sarah goes to Sarah's personalized referralcandy URL.

Derek helped me navigate the app by doing a Loom video. That made a big difference. Thanks. I wish there was a tutorial for the referring customers on what to expect and how to expect it. It seems we need to provide more language in the email, but as it is still a bit vague what the referring customer experience will be it is hard for me to create the documentation to support the referring customer's experience.
