It's definitely the go-to app when you want to use Referral Campaign. Karen from ReferralCandy is super helpful, she immediately gets on the call with me whenever I need help. Very easy to set up and go - everything under 5mins.

ReferralCandy was super easy to integrate into my online shop (www.bokksu.com) for both one time purchases and recurring subscription purchases. Their customer service has been really responsive and friendly too! Definitely recommend using them.

Just had a chat with Katherine and our Account Rep Valerie to resolve an issue that came up. They were able to make the adjustment for one of our referrers that will make a big difference. It's the little things that Referral Candy does that make it a great App and company to work with.

This review is about the Customer Service, not about the app itself. Needed support to change billing information. Response was quick and accurate. Jon D. was the contact. Super nice. Even followed up a few days later to make sure my issues were solved.

Great functionality and automation. Basically runs your referral program on autopilot so you hardly have to think about it! (even though you should still try to optimize it and tweak it). When I need help, the Jon is lightning fast at responding and resolving issues. I highly recommend this app.

The support team for the app is fantastic, in particular, Derek who worked with our store through massive amounts of troubleshooting and assistance. While at times I felt distraught, Derek was extremely helpful and took on a role far above and beyond his position to make sure I had the help to solve the issue.
