We had a few hiccups getting started with our Klaviyo integration but Jon was highly responsive and escalated the issue as appropriate. Looking forward to launching our referral program!

Customer service team especially by the name of Jon helped me out and really was patient and reached out to me after I was not sure If anyone would even get back to me, but they initiated a response after my last conversation showed I was not getting the help I was looking for. The representative Jon came through and followed up to ensure I was able to get the integration of the Recharge and Referral Kandy API Beta integration Jon was Very helpful, fast and responsive to my questions. I really appreciate when customer success persons like Jon showed up and really help out a customer on their e-commerce business.

I had a little misunderstanding with Referral Candy but got it cleared up with some great customer service by Lorraine. She's got the right stuff, please promote her and give her a fat bonus.

The app is really great. It works great and has helped me increase my sales. I had some initial difficulties in connecting to the site, but the assistance immediately helped me to solve the problem and for this I thank the assistant Dwight who helped me.

Works great, we get so many referral sales from it and it's all automated so we don't have to do much at all! Super happy and they have good support!

I think it's the best product for doing a subscription referral program on ReCharge. Exactly what I was looking for. The support team is super helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend it.

We are in the setup process now, but Derek from Customer Success has been a huge help in customizing our assets and creating a better brand experience. Although we haven't implemented the program yet, so far, so good with the support from ReferralCandy
