still setting it up but just wanted to come on to say Jelson has literally already been so helpful and so quick at responding. Only downloaded it about half an hour ago and responded within about 30 seconds. Insane service.

I had some issues with setup and was able to speak to Dwight on Live Chat which resulted in him doing a video call with me. He was very helpful and was able to resolve all 3 of my problems in less than 10 mins. I've used other apps that I have taken days to get a response, this is the best customer service experience yet. Karen is awesome. She was fast and informative. She needs a large bonus this year and an extra week of vacation.
The integration for this app is so smooth and the usage from the users as well as customers perspective are matching up with the expectations. The Account Manager is also very helpful.
