A shipping-day review queue for fulfillment holds, unheld high-risk orders, address holds from other apps, and customer cancel requests. On Exceptions, confirm Hold first so warehouse fulfillment cannot run until you release. Cancel requests are polled from Shopify events (minutes delay); there is no official cancel-request webhook.
