We replaced a messy stack of tools with Releva and finally have customer data + campaigns in one place. ROAS is up and we’re spending way less time fixing integrations.
Retention improved within the first month - the automated flows are genuinely smarter than what we had. Feels like we’re getting more repeat orders without constantly babysitting segments.
Their team is also very helpful and acts very fast!
