I did not like the fact that "10 orders" was really 10 items total in the free plan. In my opinion, One order could have been one customer that rented 50 chairs, 10 tables, and 2 tents. However, I believe the rest of the features worked the way I expected them to.

We’ve already updated the Free plan so the limit is now based on confirmed bookings/orders, not the number of individual rental items.
For example, a single customer renting 50 chairs, 10 tables and 2 tents now counts as one booking, not 62 items.

Why is it in Italian ?

RentBase is multilingual and automatically adapts to the language configured in your Shopify admin. Around the time of your installation on May 31, there was an early localization issue that could cause Italian to be displayed incorrectly in some cases.
This was fixed shortly afterward, and language detection is now working correctly.
