Manage every repair your shop takes in, from intake to pickup. Your team always knows what’s next.
RepairTracker runs your repair shop inside Shopify. Take a repair in at the POS or through your online form, or have a ticket open by itself when someone buys a repair service from your store. Assign a technician, send an estimate the customer approves online, track parts against your Shopify inventory, print the repair order, and bill with a draft order or at the POS. Customers check status on your store, not a separate site, and technicians sign in with just a PIN.
- Take in repairs at the POS counter, collect a deposit, bill the rest later
- Send an estimate the customer approves online before you start the repair
- Sync parts to your Shopify inventory so stock counts stay accurate
- Technicians sign in with a PIN, with no extra paid Shopify staff accounts
- See turnaround times, workload, and overdue repairs at a glance

Great app! It has everything you need to manage a workshop.
We use it specifically for a musical instrument repair and maintenance workshop, and it has everything we need.
The developer is also very responsive and helpful when it comes to issues and feature suggestions.
Highly recommended!
Thank you, that means a lot. It's been a pleasure working with your team, and several of the things you suggested are in the app now. Really glad it's pulling its weight in the workshop.

Great repair tracking tool, backed by genuinely great support
We've been running RepairTracker at Musos Corner (a music retail store in NSW) for our guitar repair workflow, and it's been a great fit. The interface is intuitive enough that our team picked it up quickly, and it's made tracking repair jobs from intake through to completion far more organised than what we were doing before.
The standout for us, though, has been support. We hit a strange issue early on where the app was failing to load intermittently on our store WiFi — the kind of problem that could easily have been written off as "just the app being buggy." Instead, support worked through it with us properly, and we traced it all the way down to a network-level bottleneck caused by one of our WiFi extenders. That's a level of diagnostic effort you don't often get from software support — most teams stop at "have you tried reloading?"
Response times have been quick every time we've reached out, and the fixes/suggestions have actually worked rather than being generic troubleshooting steps. For a small retail business juggling repairs alongside everything else, having a repair management platform that's reliable AND has a support team that actually digs into problems has made a real difference.
Happy to recommend it to other music retailers looking to get their repair workflow under control.
