This app has been so awesome, it allows me to see what my customers are viewing on www.shopshesbaeboutique.com and make adjustments to my main page for features. It also helped me see that I had something that shouldn't of been on my product page from the customer standpoint. Dope app, absolutely love. Also, it allowed me to see when my students found my website with the infamous Sherpa Gate!

Easy to set up and use. You get a good visualisation of user behaviour on the website and can sometimes lead to very actionable insights.

I was charged for three months and was never able to access over 2,000 recordings! This app isn't worth it .

This app was super easy to install. I like how I can see my customer's progression through my site. I sometimes wish the 0 second hits didn't record because the limit is 500 recordings and it uses a lot of them, but at the same time it can be helpful to see if a particular product from my facebook or from email marketing is what drove them from the site. For a free app the insights I get are amazing!

What a great app! Now I can see what my (potential) customers are doing and where they might be confused. I can really follow what they're doing: if they skip an important part of a product description, are they looking for more product photo's, if and how do they use the menu, do they really see the message on top of the screen, etc. etc. This helps me to improve the website, which of course helps the (potential) customers to make the right decisions and last but not least: it leads to more sales.
