I used this app to create a sales report for one particular discount code and in the middle of trying to figure it out I had a chat window pop up with live support (and it was late at night) and Dominic offered to create the report I was looking for free and it was done in less than 10 minutes!! Totally worth it!

Very fast and helpful reporting program to show the data we need for our store. I tried other report apps that had pieces of what we were looking for but none could offer the quantity and customizations that this app offered. Their greatest strength is customer service. The team has been extremely responsive to our requests. We recently spec'd out custom reporting for the 25+ independent shops that we operate. The ability to sync each shop to one report is a huge timesaver.
