As a first time user for a small business startup RP really saves the day and help me out a whole lot, i got into some problems customizing the report i needed, and the customer service live chat helped saved the day in a super quick fashion.

Great app, offers a lot of advanced reporting options that are not available in the Shopify dashboard. Also, their support is awesome. I just used their live chat support as I had some questions on how to create a complex report and they helped me set up what I wanted within minutes.
I used this app to help me download MIS reports and it really helped me a lot. At first, it was bit tricky to find the corresponding options. Then the chat support was really helpful. Dominic helped us good. Really enjoyed using the app.

I have explored various reporting apps for Shopify and so far this app seems to be the most flexible and customizable. It looks pretty intuitive and the customer support provided by Reuben and John were great.
The Customer Support is amazing! Really helped me out with what I wanted, and it's all real-time. I've talked to a couple of the support people and they're all very patient and nice.
