We have been using Reputon eBay Reviews for a few years now. It just reliably does it's job with very few issues. When an issue does arise, James and his team are very responsive in addressing it. We have been completely satisfied.
I had a small issue with page width and Sam solved it in minutes. I have NEVER had tech support this good.
Works seamlessly and is easy to install. Instantly brings all of the feedback from eBay and is instant credibility.

We're sorry to hear the app hasn't met your expectations. However, we'd like to clarify how it actually works, as there's a key misunderstanding here.
The eBay Reviews app doesn't store your seller reviews — it fetches them directly from eBay and displays a selection (up to 50) on your storefront. Since we don't keep a database of your seller reviews, there's nothing that could be "locked in": your complete seller review history always remains safely on your eBay account and is fully accessible to you at any time, whether or not our app is installed.
