When a customer makes a warranty claim, they’re usually already frustrated, but they still want a good outcome. The Resolvi app makes it much easier for us to handle that properly. Customers don’t have to repeat themselves or send bits of information across multiple emails and our team can see everything they need in one place. It’s made the whole process quicker, clearer, and a lot less painful for everyone.

The biggest win for us hasn’t just been faster claims, it’s the visibility. Resolvi gives our product team live fault data by SKU, fault type, customer evidence, and submitted media.
