We needed an easy way for our customers to search our website for the large amount of custom logo mat projects we've done. ResourceHub does everything we need and more, from the initial set up of the library to serving as a searchable document repo. Diego is very responsive and promptly addresses any issue we have with their app, from technical issues to UX concerns. We couldn't be happier.
Straightforward and easy to use. Diego has been incredibly helpful, jumping on video calls and responding quickly to emails whenever needed. The platform is a great fit for our subscriber-only content, giving our members a slick, professional experience while keeping things simple from an admin perspective. Highly recommend.

Support is fantastic, and they seem to be always improving it so we feel very confident we have chosen the right app.
This is a pretty amazing app for stores that need to manage or showcase documents, certifications, manuals, etc. I love that there is a dedicated library of documents directly on our website, rather than having it hosted on theirs. I do wish there were a few more settings to allow for customization of the resources page, but for being free, I am not going to underrate it.

As discussed, we’re working on more customization options, including templates merchants can choose from based on their industry or use case. The goal is to make it easier for different types of stores to create the right resource experience for their customers without needing a custom build.

I tried the app, and I am very pleased with it. The support is good, and I appreciated that they personally reached out to me to help me get everything set up. The import feature is a great way to load multiple pdfs and documents at once. The app does a pretty good job at generating an image for the document, so that it displays well on the live site. The organizes all the documents in a user-friendly format.
Great experience so far with ResourceHub. Customer service is great and app works great as well.
