ResourceHub Document Library

We needed a solution on our website that would allow us to create a document library landing page that we could direct customers to to find the installation instructions for their parts. We recently switched from a custom-built app we were using to manage our online library of technical documents to the ResourceHub app, and the process was incredibly easy. The app is very user-friendly and works seamlessly with Shopify. We were signed up and uploading documents within minutes.

What has really impressed us is the customer support. We reached out via chat to ask about a feature that wasn’t available yet, which was totally fine. Just a couple of days later, the team followed up to let us know they had added the feature to the app. That level of responsiveness is rare and much very much appreciated!

I tried the app, and I am very pleased with it. The support is good, and I appreciated that they personally reached out to me to help me get everything set up. The import feature is a great way to load multiple pdfs and documents at once. The app does a pretty good job at generating an image for the document, so that it displays well on the live site. The organizes all the documents in a user-friendly format.
