Every morning you get one email listing each variant at or below its threshold, grouped by vendor. Mark a row ordered to snooze it for 7 days while the purchase order is on its way. It clears itself when stock recovers. Set a shop-wide threshold, override it per variant, and choose the location to watch. It does not replace purchase orders, forecasting, stocktakes, or transfers.
