Management One has been such a valuable resource for my boutique. They have helped me better understand my inventory, plan my buying, and feel more confident making decisions based on the numbers. As a small business owner, it is so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, so having a clear plan and someone knowledgeable to guide me has been incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend Management One to other retailers who want a better understanding of their business and how to move it forward. The retail orbit app is a game changer!
I've been waiting for the app to finish loading for 3 days now and it's still not done. I reached out to customer support and never heard back. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend until they fix their technical issues and actually respond to customers.
I'm sorry — this isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and the fact that your support request went unanswered makes it worse. That one is on us. We've found the gap in how messages were being routed and have already changed our process so it doesn't happen again.
On the sync not completing: It looks like your initial data load froze and needed to be restarted. If you're open to it, I'd like to get your store loaded properly myself so you can see what the app actually does — including your RetailORBIT Health Score, which is free and gives you a real read on your inventory position.
I've reached out directly and hope to hear from you. We've spent 40 years helping independent retailers, and I'd rather earn a second look than leave this where it is.
