Retainify gives every order a page inside your theme where customers track it and fix it themselves: change the address, swap a size, reduce the quantity, add an item and pay the difference, or cancel, within the window you set. A one-tap check-in asks how the order is going, and AI answers in your voice with the right in-stock size. If they still want out, offer bonus credit to keep the item instead. After payment, one AI-picked offer is added in a click and charged to the same card.
