RetentionX has proved to be a great tool in providing valuable insights about our own customers that otherwise would be hard for us to understand. The data and insights available have enabled us to take one step further in media activation and I think that the RetentionX team did a great job in putting themselves in the shoes of businesses like ours. You can tell by the relevance of the data provided and when thinking about what questions they help us answer.
Besides providing lots of relevant and sophisticated visualizations, we really appreciate that RetentionX has a great resource library and guides to help reading the insights and navigate across the multiple reports. Customer support is also great, always happy to help and super clear in their communication.

Retention X is pivotal in helping make day-to-day decisions. The ability to understand the average time between purchases. Seeing LTV through different lenses has helped to make crucial decisions around advertising. There are also a ton of resources around each set of data to ensure you understand what you're looking at.

Absolutely love this app. It gives me great insights at the touch of a button that help me identify opportunities and analyse so many aspects including how other apps are working inc loyalty, upsells etc as well as helps inform product design decisions. We are also using the merchandising function which is good on the whole and certainly better than others we investigated but does still chuck out some strange anomalies!

This allows for discovery of those hidden champions! This testing is required to determine the most optimal placement for each of your products.
