RetroOrder: Order Editing

Change the date on existing orders, one or many at once, and let shoppers fix their own address.

RetroOrder changes the order date on existing orders, with no exports or manual edits. Select one or many orders on your Orders page, pick a date, and the new date shows on the order in your admin. Useful when you enter phone or in-person sales after the fact, or want your order history to line up with when sales really happened. Customers can also update their own shipping address from the thank-you and order status pages, so you spend less time fixing delivery details by hand.

• Backdate orders in bulk: select them on the Orders page, pick a date, done
• Backdate a single order from the More actions menu on its details page
• Fix order dates in place, without deleting and recreating the order
• Customers can change their shipping address on the thank-you and status pages
• Backdated dates show on the order and in your Orders list
