Return Audit

Refund totals don't say which product is costing you. Return Audit names it, and says why.

A refund isn't always a return: orders cancelled before shipping are refunded too. Return Audit shows your real return rate: orders refunded after delivery, out of all orders placed in the same period. It starts from refunds, so stores that refund without Shopify's returns flow are included. It names the products and sizes behind your returns, the reason each customer gave, and a specific fix for each. Read-only, and uninstalling deletes your data. Covers the last 60 days of orders.
