Has anyone got in touch with this provider? I installed it but it doesn't work and I can't get a hold of anyone.

Hey there! We discontinued this app before you installed it (it's not listed in the app store anymore) but if you need anything you can always reach us at hello@riessgroup.com!

Kindly note Shopify has released a native version of this which is why we are discontinuing our app. You might be good to go with the native feature, and not need an app :)

Hi there Maze team! We see that your ticket was sent to our helpdesk spam folder. Our average response time is under 1 hour normally. Our support team has just sent you a note if you'd like further help.

We can't print receipts of the gift card directly in the app due to Shopify limitations. You can still print the gift card by pulling it up on the customer's profile in Shopify POS.

Customers definitely can be attached and we'd be happy to help with that.

We were looking for an app to fulfill a specific request and Return Without Receipt does it seamlessly! The team are super responsive at sorting out any issues. Would highly recommend!
