We've had zero problems with this app since we installed in a few years ago. Very easy customer experience for our customers. When we want to make changes to our account or policies or shipping methods, they are happy to jump on a call with you and walk you through it. Mike was extremely helpful when i had to reach out for additional assistance. Would for sure recommend to brands small and larger.

ReturnGO has honestly made a huge difference to our returns process. It was super easy to set up and get running, and the dashboard is really straightforward to use.

The support team has also been amazing, quick to reply, friendly, and always helpful whenever we’ve had a question or needed help with something.

Since we started using it, returns have been way more efficient and less of a headache for our team. It’s saved us a ton of time and made things smoother for our customers too. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking to simplify your returns!

Agent was very helpful. However, there are a few things that, as a store owner, I simply do not understand. Most important to me is that a gift can be exchanged for a credit. in your system, RMAs are set to be sent to the person who ordered the product. There needs to be an optiion for a gift recipient to request an RMA with the RMA being sent to them, not to the the person who sent them the gift. It is quite embarrassing for a giftee to be informed by the gifter that they received an RMA for a return on the gift they sent.

We've had consistently great experiences with Return Go. The customer service team is always responsive, helpful, and efficient. Issues are resolved quickly and communication is clear. It’s reassuring to know that any problems are handled with care and professionalism. Highly recommend based on the quality of support alone!

I've been using the ReturnGo App and worked with their team for over a year now (Junessa and Mike). It was an incredible experience. I've never thought the customer support could be so impressive! From initial set up to minor and major tweaks - you can achieve all that in real time quickly and efficiently using Live Chat or hoping on a screen share call (all FREE of charge!). I love how it helps our customers to easily get the return labels and submit return requests, leaving our team focused on things that require attention.

This app responds to all our needs, and was extremely easy to set up. It integrates with all systems we needed, which was difficult to find for a Returns solution. Support is always responsive and helpful!
