I love working with Returns Go it has given me and my team so free hands to work on other things. Also the support team is always getting back to us in a timely manner, and handling our issues right away.
This app works however when you exchange a product it discounts the new item to a zero amount which is incorrect and your accounting will take it as you sold a product for no money.
I have raised this issue with return go and they said well thats how it works.
If you running an accounting system for your sales, its a nightmare to fix and correct this issue.
