This app works however when you exchange a product it discounts the new item to a zero amount which is incorrect and your accounting will take it as you sold a product for no money.

I have raised this issue with return go and they said well thats how it works.

If you running an accounting system for your sales, its a nightmare to fix and correct this issue.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. Spent 3 weeks with them on customer support trying to get DPD automated return labels to work on my shopify store. After wasting literally days of my time they say they cannot help and its not their issue. Deleted and moving on to someone else that can actually offer what they say they can offer. Automated DPD return labels within UK!
