We've been using ReturnGo for nearly 4 years and are very happy with the app. It makes it easier for customers and easy for us to manage the process. The ReturnGo customer service is also very good. Happily recommend to others.

For what it does, the pricing is ridiculous. I have the premium plan and you cannot even close returns automatically, you have to get two addons to do that. So instead of bulk closing returns, you have to go one by one, talk about "automations"...

We’ve been using ReturnGo for 2 years, and it has greatly reduced the back and forth with customers by making the returns process much more streamlined. The app has been a big help for our team, and their customer service is very responsive, both when answering questions and when helping set up conditions. A great tool for improving efficiency and the customer experience.

We’ve had a great experience using ReturnGO for managing returns and exchanges on our Shopify store. The app is very intuitive, easy to set up, and customizable to match our return policies and workflows.

One of the things we appreciate most about ReturnGO is the automation. It significantly reduced the amount of manual work our support team had to handle for returns and exchanges. Customers can submit requests themselves and automatically receive updates throughout the process, which cut down a lot of repetitive support tickets and back-and-forth emails.

The integrations, especially with Klaviyo, also helped us create a much smoother customer experience with automated communication and status updates.

The support team is great, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance with custom workflows.

Overall we highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for a reliable returns and exchanges solution.

The Support Team at ReturnGO is a MASTERCLASS of exemplary Customer Service. They are very responsive, always helpful and most issues are easily resolved via their Chat system very timely. If any issues need to be escalated or researched, they are very good with follow-up. Their Customer Support model should be an industry standard!

I’m writing this review because the lack of follow-up has been unacceptable.

After completing the demo, I’ve been trying to connect with my rep to move forward with installation, but I haven’t received a response in over two weeks from her. This is time-sensitive, and the lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
