Developer friendly app. We were able to customize 100% of the widgets' look and feel, and nothing was locked down. You can even build your own widgets from scratch with HTML, CSS, and JS. Our CRO team had specific recommendations and I implemented all of them without any workarounds. The widgets now look native to the store.
On top of that, their support is super friendly. They added email marketing features we were previously relying on other apps for, so now everything runs through one app.
Highly recommend if design control matters to you.
