I have had a positive experience with this app and with customer support - I had a couple of issues with the app showing up, which turned out to be on my side, and support was friendly and worked with me to get through it. I'd like the app to be a bit more configurable to go along with the feel of the rest of the page (image sizes, margins, fonts, etc.), but support has offered to help with that from their end. Definitely a nice product, especially given that it is available for free.
