We installed the application a little more than 15 days ago and although it is easy to configure and it works, there was no way to enter the reports to see the number of clicks and conversations started, for that reason we leave only 2 stars

First of all, we're very sorry to see you go, but we know the app may not work for everyone.
Regarding your questions, unfortunately, you have to upgrade your plan to Premium to see the reports feature. Because your plan is Free, so you could not see the reports.
