We've been using this app for about 3 years without issues, however it recently just stopped working without any notification which cost us a days worth of sales.
After emailing the developer it appears their support email no loner exists so it looks like this app has been abandoned.

If your looking for a rates app for Indonesia we have moved to IndocoLite which seems to be doing the job well so far.
