Purple Dot | Trusted Pre‑Order

I have very recently set up my Shopify store and am still getting to grips with all it has to offer. From the reviews for Purple Dot I thought it would be the best app to use for pre-orders, plus I like how they just charge a fee for each sale and not a monthly subscription as many of the others I looked into. I had a little enquiry and am absolutely thrilled with the customer service from Zach. He has replied to my messages very quickly and has been super helpful, even sending me a personal video with a step by step guide to help me with my enquiry which was super easy to follow.
