The bar shows on my live site even though I have only activated it in my backup theme for previewing & configuring. So real customers saw it and that caused some issues. And there's no contact form to reach your support team so here we are.

Just to clarify: the app’s bar appears on any theme where it’s activated. Also, our chat support is available directly inside the app for quick help. Thank you for your feedback - it helps us continue to improve.
