I originally posted a 5-star review here, and I think if you are looking for something relatively simple, are using one of the free Shopify templates, and need an affordable app for live previews, this still gets 5 stars.
But. After a year of use and a recent site refresh, I had to find something else. This app ended up costing me more time, energy and money than it should’ve - but you know what? That’s on me. I had to find a bunch of work arounds to get it to do what I want, and hired a developer - twice - to deal with issues. Customer service is responsive; but nothing is ever the app’s fault. The most recent issue was my last straw. After days going in circles with the developers and getting the same reply I took the leap to something new.
