The UI to customise the widget is extremely lacking with terrible UI. Customer service is almost non-existent.

We acknowledge the issue that you had faced with the App. But, please note that we were not informed about this issue, and the app was uninstalled before we could help resolve this.
The basic UI customisations can be done on the dashboard itself, and the process for it is very straightforward. If you're facing any issue with our dashboard or the processes, our customer support team is available anytime to help resolve issues of any extend that you're facing.
