Spoke with the owner Sam, to help get a subdomain set up for the new app. He was very responsive via the chat inside my Shopify dashboard. He helped me navigate DNS settings and was very friendly and understanding with my many questions. As a small business owner, we have to trust so many other people to make our business function properly, I'm really hoping that ReferrLy will be a solution that makes my job easier and not harder.
