Regios Automatic Discounts

My business has customers that receive special discounts and I sell to wholesalers. I can tag these accounts or create Customer Segments which allows me to choose which discounts go to which customer group. Shopify's discount system doesn't allow for automatic discounts to customer segments which is frustrating. So I needed and app to help me with this and have one bad experience after another.

Regios makes it relatively easy to customize discounts to prevent customers from getting discounts meant for my wholesalers or my special customers.

I love that I can exclude customer tags as well; meaning I can set a discount for general customers just by excluding the tags for my special customer groups! This is an advanced edit but once I figured it out my store started running perfectly.

I'm so happy to have found this app because I have been struggling with my discounts for months.

I tried using wholesaler apps and apps for special customer perks but they all didn't do what this app does or they had so much extra stuff attached that they were worthless and overpriced.

Regios does exactly what I need. And I discovered when manually entering orders for less then tech savvy customers; I can automatically pull in all the discounts I've set up.

Not only that but I can give Free Shipping to specific customer tags. I'm telling you I have checked many apps and none of them do all these things. Oh and discount codes too. I have searched high and low for an app that does all of the above. Finally the perfect app.

UPDATE 12/2/25: Since my first review they've added a shipping discount feature which has been a game changer. Our discounts work like a dream and we can give free shipping on all or 1 shipping methods. Worth paying for and worth having on your shop store.
