Buggy and not user-friendly.I have been using the app for the last 6 months.The userinterface sucks.

We acknowledge the issue that you had faced with our App. Our team had connected with you to help resolve this issue as well. Kindly note that this is not an interface issue at Quinn's end.
To provide more context; the 'Import' button which is visible on the dashboard wasn't clicked after uploading the video, hence the videos weren't getting uploaded as you expected and this was conveyed right after it was informed to us
