Never been appalled at the lack of training their support team has - simple troubleshooting and they cannot figure out how to manage an app. They just ignore the problem when bigger problems arise. I would not recommend this company for anything.
They need to focus on services rendered instead of charging people

Just to clarify, this app is 100% free as stated in the title of the app.
Our support worked to fix your issue, however, you refused them access to your store and therefore gave no path to resolving the issue.
I think the other 75 five star reviews will testify to a team that dedicates itself to giving customers like yourself extremely high value for a free app.
