While the app is really useful and helpful, it is somewhat buggy, which does not make for a pleasant user experience. Nevertheless, this gets compensated for by the super-helpful and always-on-the-toes support team that does all the work for you and even provides screen recordings if you require them. There is a great deal of assistance and immediate response from the technical team. They create a Whatsapp group and resolve all issues immediately.
