I had trouble getting my Pictorem and Shopify integration working properly, possibly because I had a domain name change during set-up.
I ended up getting charged twice for the one-time app fee while trouble-shooting integration and it's been difficult to get the second charge refunded. Shopify and Pictorem both point to each other for providing the refund, so I've had to go to my credit card provider to dispute the duplicate charge.
