If you have any problems with the app, Simon will get you situated!!
He really understands the issues and gets to the bottom of it within hours.
The quick and brief responds also makes you feel like you're heard, and not just wasting your time wondering if you're going to get the help and answers you need. As for the App, it does a great job connecting the order to Kunaki and doesn't require any rocket science. 5 stars on my end.
