THIS IS A SCAM! I was charged for the last month, even though the app does not work. I have tried contacting your team through multiple channels and have not received any response. I am requesting a full refund.
The app used to work very well for me, and my clients loved it. It has great tools and is very user-friendly. However, my experience recently has been extremely disappointing.
I’ve been trying to contact support for over two weeks with no response at all, and the app is currently not working. Considering how expensive it is, this level of service is unacceptable.
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2023, and it’s frustrating to see that this is not valued. I really hope they improve their support and reliability soon.
