Firstly this app is so easy to use, even for beginners with no idea how things work!
Secondly, the support and customer service is above and beyond!
I contacted them about wanting my "cart message" to appear on stream and they literally BUILT IN THAT FEATURE within a couple hours!
I asked for help with text appearance and they immediately adjusted how it functions.
Simple Alerts really care about the customer & viewer experience, are always wanting to improve the app, and handle feedback really well.
