The capabilities and features far surpass Shopify's basic Digital Downloads app. But what really makes this app so great is the exceptional responsiveness and helpfulness of the support staff, especially William. He really went above and beyond to immediately help with setting up the app, leaving me really impressed with the app and the quality of their support.
