Very easy to use app. Love that it is integrated with Shopify. The pricing is also very competitive. Service has been excellent. The only thing I wish was different is that you could send out update notices for a product not just for 1 attachment. I've used another file delivery system that was much more expensive and not integrated as nicely with Shopify. I would give this app 4.75 stars until they make it easier to update customers on product updates. (Note: it's possible that I don't fully understand how they recommend doing this so I'm open to being corrected!)

Ive been using Fileflare now for a number of years to upload and send out my digital products I sell on Shopify. The team are great at communication each time I need help and overall the platform works great. There have been a few hiccups now and then but they are quickly sorted out.
Each time I have a new idea on how to improve the experience the team always listens to my feedback. I highly recommend this app.

It's inconsistent... The files do not always get sent to my customers, which causes me a lot of extra admin because they email me asking where their digital files are. It takes up a LOT of time.

Went through my extensive order history and pulled in all my pre-existing digital orders I wanted to use it for, which was something my older Download app couldn't do and this saved me a ton of time.

Uptime is great, but support response when something does go wrong is even better. Nothing works all the time, but if support is responsive and fixes things quickly, that gives me long term confidence in the tool for my store.

I have had a great experience with this app. It's easy to use and gives my customers access to their files. They overhauled the app about a year ago and it got much better. The team is really helpful and responsive. 5 stars

I used to use SendOwl to manage digital download delivery to my customers. Then they raised my monthly subscription by 15x with no warning.

That's when I found Fileflare. It's honestly a way better user experience than Sendowl and it's way less expensive. It has everything I need to deliver the downloads to my customers.

And the download pages integrate into my website better and look better than the Sendowl download pages. Would definitely recommend Fileflare

This team and app is amazing! We needed some custom PDF stamping built out for our store, and not only was FileFlare accommodating, but Ian and his team were able to go through and build out a new portion of their app for us! This, to us, was the ultimate customer service experience. It is so refreshing to be able to speak to an actual human, and not a robot as well. Much, much appreciated to the entire team.

We’ve been extremely happy with Fileflare. After dealing with the limitations and quirks of Shopify Digital Downloads, switching to Fileflare has been a huge improvement for both our team and our customers.

The setup is straightforward, file management is reliable, and—most importantly—the customer experience is _dramatically_ better. Files are easy to manage, updates are smooth, and we’ve seen far fewer support issues.

It feels like Fileflare was designed by people who actually understand software and digital product delivery workflows, not just generic digital goods to check off arbitrary bullet points.

Support has been responsive and helpful when we needed them. Their onboarding support was also stellar. They even followed up with us on feature requests.

Highly recommended. 5 stars. Would give six if I could.

I can’t praise this app enough! It’s easy to use and very straightforward.

I love that I can manage a large library of digital products and the app handles it without slowing down.

My favorite feature is the option send updates to my customers when I make changes. It's a much needed feature in my case since version updates happen often.

Files are delivered instantly and, and I never had issues with customers not receiving their downloads.

The support has been fantastic. In the beginning, the team helped me import items from another app, and since then, over the past 2 years of using it, everything worked exactly as it should. I didn't need to contact support since.

Big thanks to the team for an amazing app that my business can't run without!
