We recently moved over to TaxCloud's new app for Shopify, we'd been using the previous one for about a year, and have always had a good experience. When we have questions we can email the support team and hear back the same day, or the one time we needed an urgent answer we were able to call and talk to their support team, which is so rare to find these days.
