A membership program has been a great add to our business and would be successful for any business with a loyal customer base. Subscribfy’s app and service made launching a program easy, their team has a wealth of information and resources on scaling membership programs. We were very supported for our onsite widget installation and email set up, and using the app on a day-to-day basis (including for customer service agents) has been straightforward. Dashboard usage and reporting have all been great, and we saw immediate increases to our customer purchase frequency, AOV, and LTV.
