I had tried three different Apps in one day and uninstalled the 1st two due to poor customer service and a possible language translation barrier. The first representative helped a little, but I am glad I stuck with it. After some time, the first representative transitioned from work, and I was blessed to get Grace. I was exhausted from chatting with so many people, not just Meety. I let her know I was tired. I had been working on this for a while and was tired of installing testing, and uninstalling apps. She assured me that she would do whatever she could to help me, and she did. She set up the app in a way that would meet my unique booking needs. She was accommodating and patient and asked thorough questions to ensure she was setting it up how I needed it for my business. Grateful for Grace!
