The delivery time has been terrible. I placed my order on October 19, and it's now November 3, and I still haven't received it. I've never experienced such a delay before. You are a very risky business model for dropshippers.

We provided the estimated delivery time based on a U.S. address, but the final destination for your order is in Canada. Due to the lack of direct flights to Canada, the delivery to Canada will take a bit longer. This shipping timeframe is also the standard delivery time for addresses in Canada during the current Q4 season.
