Terrible app, caused my product page to fade and not be visible to the customers! Half of the time buy buttons and text faded away due to this app, avoid it.

I see you have not contacted customer support. The demo store has 'Refresh' theme same as your store and there the app is working without any issue.
In addition I tested the banner you had created on your store locally and I wasn't able to find any issue.
