We started using Dialog recently and we love it. It was easy to train the AI by uploading a word document with all the Q&A's about our brand. Our team tried to break the AI by asking it weird questions but it worked perfectly. We are really excited to see how this supports conversion on our store. Plus, the team has been very responsive and helpful.
